How do the plants get shipped?

We spend time to pack each order carefully to limited possible damage to your plants. Using trays, bags and paper. We do often repurpose packing where we can. 

Do you ship plants at the weekend?

We generally prefer to ship plants in the week. This helps to eliminate them getting stuck in cold warehouses for too long. 

Do you ship plants when its cold?

We prefer not to ship plants when it is really cold, however we can put heat packs in boxes if they are required urgently.  

What shipping method do you use for plants?

Where possible we ship plants via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. This means less time in warehouses and transit. However for large, heavy or high value parcels this is not always possible.
